Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 October 2026. These terms apply when you use Signguin (signguin.com). By creating a signature or buying Premium you agree to them. We’ve kept them as short and plain as we can.
1. Who provides the service
Signguin is provided by Dibsido.com s.r.o., Hlinky 995/70, Staré Brno, 603 00 Brno, Czech Republic, company ID 04779568, VAT ID CZ04779568. Contact: hello@signguin.com.
2. What Signguin does
Signguin helps you create an email signature: it can read the logo, colours and contact details from a website you enter, lets you choose and edit a design, and helps you add the signature to Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and other email apps. Images in your signature (logo, photo, icons, banner) are hosted on our servers and load when someone opens your email.
3. Free version
The free version is free of charge and needs no account. It includes the free designs and every install option, and adds a small “Made with Signguin” link at the bottom of the signature. You may not remove or hide that link without Premium.
4. Premium
- Premium is a one-time payment, not a subscription. It unlocks all designs, your photo, buttons and banners, and removes the “Made with Signguin” link.
- It is for one person: it covers signatures with the email address you buy it with, plus up to two more of your own addresses. Signatures for colleagues can use the free version or their own Premium.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries about payment and handles returns, under the Paddle buyer terms. The price, including any VAT, is shown before you pay. See also our refund policy.
- Premium is activated straight after payment.
5. Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of buying Premium, without giving a reason. Write to us or use the link in your Paddle receipt; the details are in our refund policy. After a refund, Premium is switched off again. This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
6. Your content
- You are responsible for the text, logos and images you use. You confirm that you have the right to use them, for example your employer’s logo.
- You give us permission to store, resize and display your content only as needed to provide Signguin (for example, to host the images in your signature). We don’t use it for anything else and don’t claim ownership.
- Don’t use Signguin for anything illegal, misleading or harmful: impersonating others, phishing, spam, malware links, or content that infringes others’ rights. We may remove such content and block access.
7. Our designs and software
The designs, code and the Signguin brand belong to us. You may use the signatures you make with Signguin in your own email, including for your business, for as long as you like. You may not copy or resell our designs or the service itself.
8. Hosted images and availability
We work to keep Signguin and the images in your signature available, but we can’t promise uninterrupted service. If we ever decide to shut Signguin down, we will tell account holders by email at least 90 days in advance, so you have time to switch to a signature that doesn’t depend on our servers.
9. Third-party services
Email apps (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and others) decide how signatures are displayed. We build signatures to work in the common apps, but we can’t control changes those apps make. Connecting Gmail is optional and also subject to Google’s terms.
10. Liability
Signguin is provided with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Ending use
You can stop using Signguin at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we do so without a serious breach on your side, we will refund your Premium payment.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. For significant changes we tell account holders by email in advance. Purchases are always governed by the terms in force when you paid.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Consumers can use out-of-court dispute resolution at the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (adr.coi.cz). Please contact us first at hello@signguin.com; most things are quicker to sort out by email.
