Tips for Gmail signatures
- Under "Signature defaults", choose the signature for both new emails and replies.

FAQ
Does it work with Google Workspace accounts?
Yes. You copy the signature and paste it into Gmail's signature settings yourself, so it works in Google Workspace the same way as in a gmail.com account.
Why doesn't my signature show in the Gmail app on my phone?
The Gmail mobile app has its own plain-text "Mobile signature" setting. If it's turned on, it replaces your normal signature. Turn it off in the app's settings to use your full signature from Gmail on the web.
Why is my logo missing in Gmail?
Gmail can't use images stored on your computer. Our generator hosts your logo online at a fixed size, so it shows for everyone.
Is there a size limit?
Yes, Gmail signatures can be up to 10,000 characters. Our signatures are compact and stay well under it. Pixel sizes for logos and photos are in our email signature size guide.
