Why signatures break in Outlook
Classic Outlook for Windows ignores a lot of modern CSS: no flexbox, no background images, limited support for rounded corners and margins. Fonts that aren't installed on the reader's computer are replaced. Images without a fixed width can show at their full size. A good Outlook signature therefore uses tables for layout, puts every style inline, uses system fonts like Arial or Georgia and gives every image a fixed width, which is how our generator builds them. If your signature still goes missing, see Outlook signature not showing.

FAQ
Can you install the signature into Outlook automatically?
Not safely today. Microsoft doesn't offer a public API for apps to set a user's Outlook signature; only admins can do it for a whole company. Copy and paste takes under a minute and works in every version.
Why do I see extra spacing in Outlook?
That happens with signatures made of paragraphs and margins. Ours use table cells with fixed padding, which Outlook respects.
My logo shows as an attachment. Why?
That happens when the image is embedded in the email instead of linked. Our images are hosted online, so Outlook shows them inline. If you still see a red X, click "Download pictures": Outlook blocks images from new senders by default.
Do I need to set it up again on my phone?
Yes. Outlook for iPhone and Android has its own signature setting under Settings → Signature. It only supports simple formatting. Steps for iPhone and Android: signature in the Outlook app.
